In 2003, Jacques Caya became our president and CEO, He succeeds to his mother, Bibiane Boucher, who had been at the head of the company since 1975. This Family business originated from a still active enterprise bought by Thomas Caya in 1909. Jacques and his sister Louise are the third generation of owners.

The Caya family has had a presence in the Publiphony sector since 1952 due to Hector Caya, a pioneer in aluminium product fabrication. The leadership and perseverance of Hector were rewarded in 2002 when Hector was recognized as a Canadian Hero in Information technology (IT).

The Jaro team as also been honoured on many occasions, including being designated a Mecuriades’ finalist in R&D with its Diamond telephone booth.

Jacques Caya is supported by an experienced sales team in Publiphony, Interactive Kiosks, Enclosures and as a Job-shop.
